The whole dining room

- Up to 40 guests at one long table, or 60 standing
- No hire fee: you pay only for food and drinks
- We put the menu together with the chef in one meeting
- Bring your own cake — just let us know in advance
The fire counter
7 500 ₽ per guest, seven courses
Six seats at the counter facing the grill. The chef cooks in front of you and explains what is burning and why.

- Saturday and Sunday at 19:00
- No choices: the chef decides by the season

Served on sharing platters — like at home, only with fire.

- Hearth bread, ash butter
- Roasted beetroot and charred peppers
- Pork neck over alder or trout in the basket
- Potatoes from the embers and grilled cabbage

- Hearth bread and smoked trout
- Tartare with ash-cured yolk
- Duck breast with roasted plum
- Beef short rib, six hours in the oven
- Sides from the fire for the whole table
- Chocolate, smoke and cherry
Prices are per guest. Drinks from the menu or as a package. Children under 12 pay half.
Fire evenings
Once a month, on Saturdays. Seats are booked like a regular table, with a note about the evening.

Whole Fish Night
Five whole fish: in the basket, on a plank by the fire, in a salt crust and straight in the ashes. One shared table for 24 guests.
