Delivery & terms
In short: order via Telegram; pick up or get it delivered; pay on collection or as agreed with the baker. Lead times and refund terms are below.
Lead times

Collection
Pick-up
12 Sadovaya St., entrance from the courtyard. Mon–Fri 9:00–21:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–20:00. Cakes come in a window box on a cake board.
Delivery
By courier in a two-hour window of your choice. Delivery is charged at the courier service’s rate — we’ll tell you the price when we confirm the order. Tiered cakes we deliver ourselves, to be safe.
Payment
The baker confirms the total and how you’d like to pay together with the order — in Telegram or by phone.
- On collection — cash or transfer.
- In advance — by transfer, if that suits you better: just agree it with the baker.
- 50% deposit for tiered and number cakes, by transfer once the order is confirmed; the rest on collection.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before collection. If you paid a deposit or paid in advance, we return the full amount the same way within 10 working days.
With less than 48 hours to go, if the cake is already in progress, we keep the cost of the ingredients and return the rest.
If something is wrong with the quality, message us on the day of collection with a photo — we’ll remake it or give your money back.
Confectionery of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
