Public offer
1. General
This document is an offer by the Yarus cake studio (the Seller) to enter into a sales contract for confectionery with anyone who places an order on the website, in Telegram or by phone (the Buyer). By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the terms of this offer.
2. Orders
The Buyer chooses items in the catalogue and sends the order. The order is accepted once the Seller confirms it in Telegram or by phone: the items, weight, date, collection method and price.
3. Prices and settlement
Prices are shown in rubles in the catalogue and apply at the moment the order is confirmed. The Seller agrees the total and the way of settling it with the Buyer on confirmation: cash or transfer on collection, or in advance by arrangement. Tiered and number cakes require a 50% deposit.
4. Collection
Pick-up is at the Seller’s address during opening hours. Delivery is by courier; its cost is given when the order is confirmed. The Buyer checks the item on collection.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out on the Delivery & terms page and form part of this offer.
6. Liability
The Seller is responsible for the quality of the items and for the dates agreed on confirmation. Ingredients and allergens are listed in the item description and on the packaging.
Privacy policy
What we receive
Your name, phone number, delivery address and order note — only what you type into the order form yourself.
Why
To confirm and fulfil the order: to contact you, make the item and hand it over.
How we keep it
The order reaches the baker in Telegram. We share data with no one except the courier service for delivery. Order messages are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies and no visitor counters. Your order is kept only in the open browser tab and disappears when you close it.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data — write to hello@yarus.example or in Telegram.
